    • Aye, the amount lost had me worried too. This week, so far, has been much more ‘sane’. A few days left and sitting healthily at 1.2 lost. Friday is an easy going day — 30 minutes in rpe 1-2. Saturday and Sunday are where huge caloric deficits hit.
